Google review (jenny D): At first, she was attentive and explained things clearly. However, she advised a rapid reduction in my T4 dosage, which worsened my thyroid levels. After adjusting the dosage again, I had to cancel a follow-up appointment and explained the reason. She responded by shouting and speaking very rudely, insisting that appointments couldn’t be canceled and that blood results couldn’t be discussed by phone. As a private doctor, I expected more professionalism. Her behavior was disrespectful, and I decided not to visit her again.
