I have been a patient of Dr. Andreou for over 10 years now. Throught out this period she has proven her professionalism and high skills in endocrinology by providing me with the best medical care possible. I was struggling to figure out exactly what was wrong and Dr. Andreou provided a through examination to ensure that we get the correct results for my diagnosis. At first, she was attentive and explained things clearly. However, she advised a rapid reduction in my T4 dosage, which worsened my thyroid levels. After adjusting the dosage again, I had to cancel a follow-up appointment and explained the reason. She responded by shouting and speaking very rudely, insisting that appointments couldn’t be canceled and that blood results couldn’t be discussed by phone. As a private doctor, I expected more professionalism. Her behavior was disrespectful, and I decided not to visit her again.

One of the standout qualities of Dr. Andreou (which is what I personally like the most) is her commitment to personalized patient care.
