Dr. Ward is amazing! I took my daughter to get her ears pierced and was so impressed by Dr. Ward’s attention and ability to listen. At that time, she wasn't our pediatrician, but I switched to her practice right away. She is warm, empathetic, and my kids actually look forward to their visits. Dr. Ward is always available to answer any medical questions I have, even late at night, and her diagnoses are spot on without being alarmist. She’s attentive to my kids' asthma needs and takes her time answering our questions, which I really appreciate.Nina at the front desk is fantastic too. We’ve always been able to get appointments that fit our schedule, including sick visits. Sometimes we have to wait to see Dr. Ward, but that’s okay because she spends quality time with each patient. Even after moving out of state, Dr. Ward is still our pediatrician, and we adore her!

She’s been featured on NBC, Fox News, and in Parents magazine—but what truly sets her apart is her heart. Her staff is just as wonderful—responsive, kind, and incredibly thoughtful. Dr. Ward is absolutely the best! Her expertise and caring approach make every visit a positive experience. I always leave her office feeling more informed and confident about my children’s health. She takes the time to explain everything in detail, ensuring that I walk out with valuable knowledge, and I consistently learn something new from each visit. Dr. Ward engages with both my 2-year-old and 10-year-old with genuine love and concern, and her gentle approach makes every visit smooth and easy. My daughter's and I absolutely adore her. I couldn’t ask for a better pediatrician for my family! We met Dr. Cathy Ward when we were shopping around for a pediatrician for our soon-to-be-born twins (they just graduated high school). She came highly recommended, having been recruited by a famous-on-the-UWS doctor who was about to retire. We had a lot of choices, but we picked her and have been delighted by her, her care and her team these 18.5 years. From the moment the twins came she was part of our family and we couldn't have been happier with Dr. Ward. We are grateful to her for everything healthwise with our kids - including when we had serious medical issues to deal with and when we had middle-of-the-night emergencies and when we needed urgent forms for school or soccer or travel. We are going on our 10th year with Dr Ward. We have moved out of state and continue to have her as our primary pediatrician. The staff and Dr Ward are easily accessible for any questions and have always shown flexibility with appointments. Dr Ward also gives it to you clear and respects your parenting style which is a plus! 10/10 for me.
