Dr Allen is amazing. My son broke his arm and severed his artery while doing so, very rare. She fixed it and called the best vascular doctors to help fix the artery. We then had issues with his leg due to the veins coming out to fix the artery and she got us in with the chief of vascular surgery to fix that. She is fantastic and has a great bed side manner too.

Found out at 4:30pm my 16 month old had broken his tibia and fibula. My pediatrician called Dr. Allen to let her know we were on our way from the west side. I quickly figured out childcare for my 2 older daughters, and got to the hospital asap. We showed up at 4:56. The office closes at 5. Sure enough, she and her team waited for us and gave us the care and attention my son needed.

Dr. Allen is not only incredibly competent and skilled in her clinical work but she is also incredibly warm, accessible, and compassionate! I would recommend her to everyone! We were very pleased with our experience with her in every respect! Wonderful bedside manner as well!

Dr. Allen is the best pediatric orthopedic doctor I have ever met! She has been my kids' doctor (and surgeon) for many years, for simple and difficult cases. She is highly competent, very dedicated to her patients, and just wonderful interpersonally. My kids and I are big fans!!
