Even though I couldn’t watch while it was being done, the doctor explained that he would be fine, which reassured me. The procedure took about 10–15 minutes. She was very professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain the procedure and aftercare clearly. She answered all my questions and made me feel at ease.
