This office will hold your medical records hostage and be a scourge on your life if you attempt to have them give you your yearly physical. None of the reviews that are positive of this office is real. They route you to 2-3418 Broadway, the address physically pictured here. I took this photo 1:45 on Friday. They gave me this closed medical office address on two occasions, once today and right before my appointment. They called me at 1:45 and it’s loud on the street and they nastily remind me if I cannot find the office the doctor can’t see me. The secretary also gave me the incorrect name for the doctor. I only found this fraudulent office after a homeless man pointed at it. I did my physical and the doctor told me to be back for tomorrow. I couldn’t reach the office and had the call my health insurance to be routed to these awful scummy people to find I still don’t have any access to my medical records or a new appointment. It is 2 pm and I have been dealing with this literally all day on the phone. Anthem haven’t been helpful enough because I’m still waiting on the line still to be rerouted again!

They should get 0 stars Terrible horrible Never been to a doctor where they don’t ask you how you’re feeling just ask you a list of questions they have and then just sends you to labs, they’re just weird and unprofessional, you’re just a number to them and it’s evident they don’t care, also if you need referrals that’s another hot mess with them. Long wait times for appointments, staff is not helpful and seems confused. Just don’t go here. El servicio aqui no es bueno.

The reception here are disrespectful and unprofessional and the doctors. Try to cover up the bad behavior. This is the kind of clinic that should be closed down they hold your medication and refuse to help patients in need they are rude and try to avoid doing actual doctor work worse clinic around if you can avoid going there you should

If I could give this place less than one star I would, They NEVER get back to you, they ignore your calls, they treat their patients like they don’t matter, they just sitting there to eat people money. 1st of all I need 10 types of medicine and they only had 3 and said rest they will mail later. When I got home I see 1 medicine out of the 3 was expired 2 years ago. Fast forward to now I call them like 100times and till didn’t get rest of my medication, it’s been 6months I’m waiting . Terrible Place, if I could report them to government or something I would, especially for the expire medication

If I could give this place less than one star I would, I would think it’s a front for the mob, but honestly I think the mafia would be better at running medical offices. I would not be surprised if the degrees of the staff were written in crayon. They NEVER get back to you, they ignore your calls, they treat their patients like garbage and they are the slowest at sending much needed prescriptions to the pharmacy’s, if they even send them at all. DO NOT GO HERE. The squirrels in the park across the street would run this place more efficiently. I truly have not seen a worse doctors office in my 32 years of living.
