Google review (Nothing Nothing): I don't know what wrong with doctors in flushing, maybe only nice to Chinese patients.
Dr. Anna Chan, I was with over a year and I liked how I can come, get meds or even a referral. My last time I realized how her hurried manner was not appropriate. I felt my throat has been getting a bit big due to my thyroid issues. Usually a PCP would touch your throat which she never done. I asked her if she can, just to make sure. From a far she said its fine and then rolled her eyes and did it. When I shared a symptom, she blame it on allergy's. I also was dealing with mental health problems and when I would share I was in the hospital, she wouldn't care. She take my documents and input it in the data. I didn't notice at that time but a bit of empathy and care would've been nice. It was like talking to a cold wall every time. The people who took my tests and labs were kind and young but they would rush it too which is fine since its just a blood test. They usually write why you are here and talk to you the most and brief with doctor who come for 1-2mins and give you what you need and leave. You be there for a max of 5-10mins.
I was having period issues and just got diagnosed with PCOS. When I asked if my cysts were normal. I didn't pronounce cyst right which she asked a few times being annoyed. Then, I showed her my test documents to which she said its fine. And also EVERYONE has cysts. I just found out I have endometriosis so I am not sure if I could've found it early on if I was taken seriously.

Google review (Jasmine Rivera): I’ve been coming to this office for years and she’s always been very good to me and my daughter but her staff unfortunately I cannot say the same. I called today because I am severely sick and couldn’t make it to the office so I asked for a call back from the doctor to see what my best options would be and the receptionist said you can’t do that. We’re not gonna do that. She doesn’t give patients call backs you need to come in. She’s not going to speak to you unless you’re in person. Which is a total lie because there has been several times she wasn’t even in her office and she was quick to call me back speak with me & assist me the best she could, which is why I stayed with her for so long because she cared about her patients. I think it was completely unprofessional of her staff to speak to me that way. They couldn’t even put me on hold to ask her … she said you can call your insurance and look for a provider who does home visits. I asked her if she could atleast assist me with that and she said no they don’t do that & wont help me. I would have honestly preferred to be hung up on then to be talked down to … completely unprofessional!! It sucks because I truly do value this doctor.

Google review (DC Martinez): I had not been to a Drs office in a very long time. Dr Chan was patient, professional and addressed all my concerns and "fears". She takes her time to clearly explain everything. Her staff is nice, & friendly. Thank you!

Google review (a t): She is my son's doctor. I thought she was unfriendly at first but she's actually really good. My PCP smiles a lot but I don't get any explanation or anything to know my medical problems from her that makes me worried more. Dr. Chen explains very good and clearly, also she remembers what my son needs. That's not always happening (at least for me). My son doesn't like most of the doctors in the past but he likes her. I'm considering switching my PCP to Dr. Chen.

The girls at the front desk are always friendly and helpful. I’m very happy and confident with the treatments and advice she gives me. Thank you, Dr. Chan
