This review has been a long time coming. My son from my Ivf procedure with Dr. Zeitoun just turned 3 years old! I had been to another clinic at Bay parkway and let me just diplomatically say, they were not the right fit for me or my budget. Dr Zeitoun was kind, welcoming, and professional, his prices compared to others in nyc were quite reasonable. From my bilateral salpingectomy to egg retrieval to Ivf, all my procedures were done with care and empathy, i did not feel like just another $$$, i actually felt seen and understood. I currently have my embryos with Rockefeller through Dr Zeitoun and will be returning here to implant.

When I first came to Dr. Zeitoun’s office, I was emotionally drained. I had started my fertility journey at a well-known private clinic in Long Island, but despite their reputation, I rarely interacted with the doctor. Everything felt cold, bureaucratic, and overwhelming - endless paperwork, constant follow-ups that I had to manage, and very little personal connection. By the time I met Dr. Zeitoun, I was on the verge of breaking down. I actually cried during my first visit. When he gently asked why, I told him I was simply exhausted - trying to get pregnant while managing a stressful job felt impossible. His response was something I’ll never forget: “You focus on your job, and let me do mine.” He meant it and he delivered. He was personally involved every step of the way. I went there in December and by March I was pregnant (IVF). Dr. Zeitoun is not money-driven, despite what some reviews say. His prices are fair, actually much lower than most clinics and his care is beyond exceptional. His staff reflects his values: warm, patient, and genuinely empathetic. They made me feel seen, understood, and safe through one of the most vulnerable times of my life. I had no complications, no unnecessary pain, and felt truly cared for every step of the way. My own OB-GYN told me, “If my daughter needed IVF, I would send her to Dr. Zeitoun.” That was all I needed to hear. And I’m so grateful I did.
