I had an excellent experience at the 161 Madison location. It was my first visit, and everyone was exceptionally professional and welcoming. I felt comfortable, heard, and truly cared for throughout my time there. The office itself was clean, modern, and inviting. I absolutely loved how caring, knowledgeable, and professional Dr. Robinson was, she truly listened, never rushed, and showed genuine compassion. Her assistant, the ultrasound team, and the front desk staff were all kind, patient, and attentive. My procedures were handled smoothly and thoroughly, and I was impressed by how much was accomplished in a single visit. I would definitely recommend this place.

I made an appointment 2 weeks in advance, which is reasonable. What’s not reasonable is that after what happened, rescheduling would likely mean waiting another two weeks just to deal with the same issue again. I work at a hospital, so taking time off during the day is not easy. I had to use my ESSTA (earned sick/safe) time for this appointment—time that I don’t take lightly—and ended up wasting it completely. I arrived 30 minutes early, thinking my appointment was earlier. That part is on me, and I was perfectly fine waiting. However, after my scheduled appointment time passed, I was left waiting for over an hour with no clear communication. By that point, it was already 30 minutes before closing, and I was told there was still another patient ahead of me who had just gone in. Realistically, that meant at least another 30+ minutes of waiting, putting it at or past closing time—with no guarantee I would even be seen. I understand that delays happen in healthcare, and I did not expect to be seen exactly on time. That’s why I planned my schedule responsibly and even set my next obligation for after the clinic’s closing hours. Despite that, it became clear I still would not be seen after nearly two hours of waiting. So I left after wasting my precious time off sitting there for an hour and a half, without being seen, and with zero resolution. As someone who works in a hospital, I find this completely unacceptable. I was told the doctor “takes her time with patients,” which is fine but then schedule accordingly. If appointments take 30–40 minutes, don’t overbook to the point where patients are left waiting for hours or leaving disappointed without care. At this point, after reading other reviews it feels like the scheduling system is built around overbooking, with patients constantly being pushed back or forced to reschedule.
