Cohen Medical Practice: Columbus UWS Gynecology Top OBGYN Doctors

I normally do not leave reviews, but I wanted to take a moment to share my experience. I truly appreciate Dr. Buckner. She performed my surgery along with another doctor in the office, and both were wonderful. They are professional, caring, and I have always felt comfortable under their care. During a visit about a year ago, I unfortunately had an unpleasant interaction with a front desk receptionist who came across as rude and unprofessional. I previously worked in the medical field for many years, so I understand how important patient interaction is. That experience was disappointing and even caused my blood pressure to rise, which is unusual for me. However, I want to recognize the receptionist who assisted patients during my recent visit on Monday at around 2:30 PM for my 2:45 appointment. She was very kind, professional, and handled a difficult situation with another patient calmly and respectfully. She stayed focused on her job and did not engage with negativity. That level of professionalism truly stood out.

I like the professional staff at this Cohen medical practice. The providers are transparent and supportive. They show empathy for patients and provide the best recommendations, showing that they care. The only thing I need them to improve is ensuring their patient portal can be accessed on Android phones and providing a proper chair for patients to rest their hands on when drawing blood, since their space on Madison is small. That is the only thing I have observed that needs improvement. Other than that, Dr. Bucknor is my provider, and she is great. She always makes me comfortable when providing care. The rest of the providers are also great including Dr. Felix. Thank you for your services!
