Western Manhattan Womens Health, An Ob/Gyn P.C.

Was a very casual establishment. The nurses who did my colposcopy were a bit rude and unprofessional. Then after I sent my insurance prior to my appointment I received a bill for $5K (for one colposcopy and check up...), I called the labs direcly and they said I am not liable to pay these since I was not informed but then I emailed the tribeca womens health clinic 5 times over 3 months, no reply. Nor did they send me my results although I had asked numerous times. I just called again and finally got an answer, I had a very rude receptionist who did not even try to understand the situation before telling me it was on me. Even though they told me my insurance was accepted ahead of time and no prices were given to me prior to make an informed decision. It truly feels like I was just scammed.

If I could leave a negative review I would because one star is too generous. Simply unprofessional. Front desk staff was extremely unwelcoming. I arrived 15 minutes early for my appointment, I waited in a room for 45 minutes and when I asked how much longer I was told the Dr would be right in. After about ten minutes I was then told that Dr.Emma Geduldig had another patient before me. I understand running behind because it’s busy, but over an hour? And to still not be able to be seen next? Absolutely ridiculous. Was I supposed to wait yet another hour? I was trying to be proactive about my health, yet all I got was my time wasted.
