I’ve never written a google review before, but my experience here has made me need to let people know about the awful experience I had. I came here 9 months ago for an annual exam and a birth control pill subscription, and I tried to get my prescription refill this month and turns out the doctor only gave me 9 months of refills instead of the standard (and what she told me) or 12. This means I had a lapse in the time I was taking the pill which is not good for my health. I had to make a last minute appointment to get a refill, and since it hasn’t been a year since my annual they wouldn’t do both the exam and the prescription in one visit, meaning I’ll get to pay two separate $90 copays just for this this year. I made my appointment for first thing in the morning, and didn’t see the doctor until 45 minutes last my appointment time. This is the most ridiculous service experience I’ve ever had, and I will be finding a new gynecologist for my next appointment. DO NOT come here unless you want to be disappointed and have your medication screwed up. EDIT: The office did call to follow-up and explain why there were issues with my previous visit. Good customer service after the fact, however would have appreciated knowing the stipulations of prescriptions prior to leaving the office the first time. I'll give them one more star for this, however I will likely still be going somewhere else for my care.
