Sat in the ER for 13 hours before seeing a doctor. However when I was able to see a doctor (Dr. Baxter & her supervisor) they were extremely comforting. As well as professional, personable & caring. They took their time to explain all procedures & medications Prior to receiving treatment from these amazing woman my ER experience was not a good one. It was very busy and under staffed.
