This place is a pit. It’s a busted up old looking office that feels dirty. Not only was the appearance of this place disappointing the service I received was terrible. Everyone is spot on about how annoying the phone situation is here. It’s so difficult to just talk to someone and you’ll receive 100 text messages about your appointment. Boooo. I scheduled an appointment with a Dr. NOT a nurse and they set me up with a Brittany Snyder, a nurse who did not have the expertise or wisdom necessary to help me. A small amount of irritation turned into a huge mess. She had me use a combination of all these creams and following her instructions made everything so much worse. With the help of a skilled dermatologist at Upper West Side Dermatology it still took almost a year to fully go away. I do not recommend this place and if you do go here make sure you are receiving the care you’ve asked for.
