If you're like me and had an urgent need to go to the OBGYN, don't do what I did. RUN FOR THE HILLS. This has been the worst experience i've ever had. Not only is this is the smallest office I've ever been to, but the staff is incompetent to say the least. The front desk lady has an attitude and does the bare minimum, and Dr. Raufa is incompetent, can barely answer any of your concerns, but will be sure to throw a referral at you so you can get your testing done elsewhere without answering any of your questions. This OBGYN practice is disgraceful. They barely answer any of your concerns, and could care less if you are in desperate need to know what is going on with your body. They do not take a woman's concern seriously which is a shame in that this is a woman led practice. If you are pregnant or think you are pregnant, do not come here they will not give you the care or correct information that you need. This doctor and practice deserves less than one star. Maybe a quarter of a star?

I went here as a new patient, the office is tiny, old, uninviting, and needs renovating. Staff wasn’t too friendly just very direct sign this, initial that, etc, to make sure that they get paid. It’s been over a month and nobody’s called me about my test results. Generally just very un impressed and not satisfied.
