We visited this urgent care tonight and had a genuinely great experience. The staff was kind, professional, and efficient from check-in to discharge. We felt listened to, and the provider took the time to explain everything clearly without making us feel rushed. I especially want to mention how much things have improved. I actually came here with my mom a few years ago and, unfortunately, had a very poor experience back then. The service at that time was terrible. It’s clear there has been a major change in staff and overall management, and it truly shows.

This urgent care was my to go to place, however after today never coming back here again my husband had sharp pain in lower abdomen and they told him to get a CT scan and he needed to go to get that from him PC and refused to give him a referral. My husband PC is on vacation now if in the mean something happens who will be held responsible? When I called to try to explain the Jewish female doctor told me hold but then hanged up on me and when I called back she never came back on the line. Very unprofessional!
