Brooklyn ENT and Allergy

I had a balloon sinuplasty with Dr. Pantelides a little over a month ago and I can say I’ve never breathed so freely in my life before! Dr. Pantelides was very professional and explained the procedure in detail and let me know exactly what to expect. Of course, with any procedure done to your nose there will be some discomfort but the outcome is so great and so worth it! I would highly recommend Dr. Pantelides to anyone that needs an ENT!!

I've been to Dr. Pantelides a few time and he was always kind. I went in 2021 mentioning I had probably a deviated septum and we scheduled surgery for a few months from then, which I ended up having to reschedule. When it was time to schedule it again, I needed another appointment, and then I was told I needed to get a CT scan (which we hadn't done before), which required yet another appointment with him. We did the CT scan and I was told I don't have a deviated septum, I have enlarged turbinates and should still get surgery. Okay - curious why we didn't do this before, but sure. Surgery was scheduled, and I was told to talk to his team, which is the most unresponsive team I've ever met. I tried asking questions, to understand all the forms I needed to get filled out before the surgery and it was impossible to get straight answers. I was so nervous about the lack of information that I cancelled the surgery again. I've pursued a different doctor, and I've been communicating with them again to get a copy of my CT scan to no avail. It's been over a month of follow up emails and being completely ignored. It's a shame, because I liked the doctor, but I sincerely couldn't recommend this practice to anyone.
