Very disappointing visit. I brought my toddler in for allergy concerns, and the doctor did not listen or ask any questions about my child’s symptoms or why I felt an allergy test was needed. The visit felt rushed and careless, he simply gave a referral for testing and told us to come back. He also lacked basic bedside manners and shouted patients’ names in the hallway instead of speaking privately and respectfully. He never bothered to introduce himself nothing whatsoever. I had to come back for the follow up appointment, but I canceled and saw another ENT for that matter who actually listens to patients and has empathy. The only reason for one star is the receptionists, who were exceptionally kind and professional. I would not recommend this doctor.
