This place is easily accessible by train or a few busses that stop a block away. The building and office on the 5 FL is nice and kid friendly. I went there to see Dr. Sara Abu. She is so cool and makes you feel calm and stress free, like a close friend or family. I would highly recommend her.

I'm getting an extra star because I love Dr Abu Ghanan I had a 12:30 appointmen I arrived at 12:10 it's now 2:00 and I'm still waiting they keep saying I'll be next also if you dare cancel an appointment you're going to hear about it time to leave this place

This office is HORRIBLE. I DO NOT RECOMMEND coming here. The front receptionist and medical assistant are unprofessional and unorganized. My son who is extremely sick had an appointment today. We waited for approximately TWO HOURS to see Dr. Nira Goldstein, and my son end up not seeing her. They kept giving me the runaround. This medical office put its business before a child’s health.

Very frustrating front desk experience. They wouldn't accept my insurance card because it has my husband's name on it. We don't share a last name, but that's never been a problem before. My husband called the insurance to confirm that nothing was wrong with our account and was told that no authorization request had even been run on our card... So...they just thought I was lying about being on my husband's insurance and didn't even bother running it? I don't even know. Unbelievable, is what it is.

Staff does not give proper information, so you can plan accordingly,, never told me that if your 15 min late you won't be seen,, some pple have to go out there way alot just to make it to the appt. WE cannot control traffic or any other obstacles on the road, And when you hold them accountable, all they say is sorry and you have to reschedule in another month or so, THEN LOL they told me they won't reschedule me cause I had an attitude, wouldn't you? But don't worry I will be seeing them again. SO DONT COME HERE.. GO WHERE THERES BETTER STAFF TREATMENT, THERES MANY ENTS WITH WAAAYY BETTER STAFF
