My initial appointment was cancelled, but I’m glad I rescheduled and gave it another shot. Front desk staff were very friendly and welcoming. The office was clean and had a nice waiting area with a comfy couch. The assistant who did my vein ultrasound was very thorough and explained every step of the testing. The PA who did the injections, Ms Hernandez, was very gentle and sweet. She explained everything before getting started and made sure I was at ease. She was very generous with the amount of injections administered. Great value and I’m very pleased with their services.

I would like to sincerely thank the entire team at City Surgical Care for their outstanding care and patient-centered approach. Every step of the procedure was clearly and thoroughly explained, which made me feel safe and well taken care of. I especially appreciated the empathy, professionalism, and the warm, welcoming atmosphere that helped ease the anxiety before the procedure. This is truly a place where you can feel that the patient’s well-being is the top priority.
