I am writing this review on behalf of my elderly mother that had a very negative experience with this place. Not to go into every detail, I just want to give a warning. Don’t let their polite smiling faces full you. These people are taking advantage of elderly folks. They trapped my mother under the new contract for a brand new hearing aids when she just came to get a repair. They told her that she’s not risking anything and can try them out for free, if they don’t satisfy her she will get her money back. When she brought them back as they were worse than the original order pair, they took it back and then just proceeded by charging her card for 10% restocking fees that no one has ever mentioned. Just be aware of the scammers that manage that location
