Went to the Flushing branch and was so disappointed. They did a regular hearing test on my mother. They told me they did a cognitive test on her but she said they only checked her hearing. Then they let her try a $6000 hearing aid. When I asked if she could try any of the other ones they sell (they said they had lower priced ones at around $2000, then mid level at $4-5000 and up to 8-10k), they said that's the only one they had to try and she could order one to try. Like, why would we order something that expensive if we couldn't try it first? They said her insurance didn't cover much, only $100 or $200. We decided to go to Earworks and not only did they do much more comprehensive tests on her cognitive ability and hearing, they told us her insurance actually gave a huge discount (more than $2000) if we stay with a network dr., which this lady wasn't but they found one in their group that took it and made us an appt.) These people at Oriental K just want to make money I don't recommend them at all.
