From my very first phone call, Sumita was knowledgeable, understanding, and incredibly patient as she helped me navigate everything. It was between two other doctors who are also five-star rated, but they obviously did not give me the same level of respect and care that Dr. Nezhat’s team did. From the moment I walked in, the office was incredibly accommodating, spotlessly clean, and welcoming. Everyone – from the front desk staff to the nurses and physicians – was sweet, professional, and genuinely caring. The nurses were all very nice and handled my blood draws with ease (which is rare for me – many places struggle with that). The doctor’s assistants and the physicians are hands-down the best I’ve ever encountered. Dr. Nezhat’s bedside manner was amazing. His experience is beyond anything I’ve seen – he truly stands out as one-of-a-kind. During my surgery, when something unexpected came up, he immediately went to my husband, calmly explained everything, and fixed the issue right away. After the procedure, I had some complications, and he personally called me from his cell phone, gave me his direct number, and picked up every single time I reached out. That level of accessibility and care is unheard of and meant the world to me during a stressful time. He fully understood the urgency of my procedure and went out of his way to accommodate me as best as possible. The team even placed the incision next to my tattoo so it wouldn’t ruin it – such a thoughtful detail! When I had to return to the hospital, everyone on his team knew my case and continued to be wonderful and supportive. My recovery is going well – the incisions are already healing nicely. I would recommend Dr. Nezhat and the other doctors in his practice over and over again without hesitation. Don’t listen to any negative reviews – this team delivers outstanding, compassionate care.
