I called to get a refill on my birth control prescription the first few times i called no one picked up the phone. Then when the receptionist did pick up the phone the woman gave me unsolicited medical advice that was incorrect. She was also incredibly rude and gave me attitude even though all I needed was a prescription refill. I asked to speak to my doctor, I was told the doctor was away but that she would be back that week and would give me a call and I never got a call. The one other time I visited the clinic for my annual checkup I was charged for services that were not provided and when i tried to call to understand what I was being charged for no one picked up the phones again on multiple different days.

I discussed plans to get an IUD with my doctor, I was told it had to be ordered and then they would call to make an appointment. A month goes by, I call to check in and they said not to worry, they'll be in touch. I wait another week or two and call back, I'm told the items can take a long time to ship. Somebody finally reached out to a nurse in the office who then called and told me that the order had never been put in and my doctor had left the practice. In addition to this, I always had to wait a minimum of half an hour on hold for a call and had an hour long wait before my last appointment. Between the general disorganization and frequent wasting of time, I highly recommend you don't trust them with any of your medical needs.
