Dr. Grifo and his entire team were truly amazing throughout my fertility journey. His medical judgment and decision-making were incredibly accurate, which led to quick diagnosis and effective problem solving. I was an extremely anxious patient and communicated with the team through countless emails, but his coordinator Frances was always responsive, compassionate, and helped me stay connected with the team every step of the way. Many of the NPs were also kind, knowledgeable, and experienced. Whether during ultrasounds or while reviewing blood work, they often provided the exact information and reassurance I needed, and I felt I was in capable hands. That said, there was a few interactions with a certain NP that felt less supportive and at times came across as dismissive or not as empathetic as I had hoped, which was difficult during such an emotionally sensitive process. Despite that, thanks to Dr. Grifo and his team, I was finally able to become pregnant with the baby I had been waiting and hoping for for so long. Dr. Grifo is not only incredibly knowledgeable, but also a physician with a very special mission — someone who truly cares about each individual patient while also working to make the world brighter through his work in reproductive medicine. I have immense respect for him, and his skills are truly amazing. Even the FemVue procedure was almost painless, and his ability to interpret ultrasounds was remarkably precise and outstanding. After going through this experience, I completely understand why he is considered one of the best fertility doctors. I will always be grateful to Dr. Grifo and his wonderful team.
