FYI: for me and my friends who signed contract with White Glove I would like to commend the company, especially Ms. Julia, for her outstanding support and dedication. She went above and beyond by personally visiting my home to speak with my parents about the program. This gesture was truly uplifting and reassuring, as it gave my parents the opportunity to ask their questions directly and fully understand the process. Having a recruiter who is willing to explain everything to our parents shows genuine care and transparency, something that not everyone is willing to do. This effort is very important and crucial for us as international nurses. So if you are Filipino or even of a different nationality and you might be reading this, I highly recommend this company. They make you feel secure, valued, and confident that you are with a company that will truly take good care of international nurses who dream of working in America.

DO NOT ALLOW THIS AGENCY TO LIE TO YOU!! I contacted Callie to get placed for work as a CNA, she passed me over to Abby. After speaking with Abby, I was asked if I was a new grad or had experience. I informed her I had experience, however since it was only 2 months and not 6 months, she claimed I couldn’t get placed with the nursing home we originally agreed upon. She claimed I had to have 6 months experience minimum and it affects my placement with that nursing home. Then she tried to offer me another opportunity but for bottom dollar around $19/hr. Thank god I did not settle and I know my worth. I signed on with another agency, sure enough I was sent to an interview 2 days later with the same nursing home Abby claimed I needed the 6 months experience minimum in order to be placed. I informed the RN of the facility that was interviewing me about my 2 month experience. I still got the job and will be making $25/hr. The best part is knowing I will not be working under this White Glove agency, and they missed out on an opportunity to have a great, hard worker like myself. Please always know your worth and don’t allow people to lie to you.
