I love Dr. Neena, but I’ve had significant issues with the billing department. I’ve called multiple times, left voice messages, and sent emails regarding my billing inquiry. No one responded until today, when one person finally picked up. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely unprofessional. The representative, whose name sounded like Raje, raised his voice at me throughout the call. I explained that a previous front desk staff member told me there was an error on my invoice, as I never visited the office on the date I was billed for and should not have been charged. It seems that person may no longer be there, and the new representative was very defensive. He ignored my questions, repeatedly said that I “owed” a certain amount, and insisted the charges were correct—yet the invoice amount kept increasing with items I do not understand. When I asked for a line-by-line breakdown, he kept referring me back to the PDF, which does not include any breakdown. He wouldn’t let me speak, refused to clarify anything, and simply demanded payment. I made it clear that I am willing to pay what I owe, but I need to understand what I am being billed for. Instead, he continued yelling and even threatened to send the bill to collections. As a patient, I have never been treated with this level of disrespect or unprofessionalism. I sincerely hope Dr. Neena is made aware of this issue so it can be addressed and prevented for future patients.
