I had no issues with my first time experience at Metro Urgent Medical Care of Brooklyn. From the security guard to the receptionist to the nurses aid all the way to the Doctor. Everyone was so pleasant on a Sunday afternoon. The receptionist and the medical assistant are sweethearts. Convenient location, tidy atmosphere and the complimentary water was refreshing. I will recommend this facility to my family and friends, enjoyed seeing the doctor as well, he's knowledgeable and very helpful. I'm a happy camper
