This is my third time showing up to this office as you can so clearly states on the sign walk-ins available!!!!!! The receptionist Anna is very rude and nasty.I won’t change doctors cause dr.levy is the best doctor. I give him 5 stars.

My husband and I were patients of Dr. Pisciotto however his office recently moved from Glendale to Long Island. My husband needed a physical exam for his new job so we made an appointment at Prominis for 1/20/25 since it is next door to Dr. Pisciotto former office. My husband received a message from the office saying they can't see him on 1/20 but can see him the following day. On 1/21, my husband was seen by Jacob Levy, NP who did a physical exam and blood work. He was told the results would take a week and they scheduled him to return 1/29. A week to get blood results is NUTS!!! This practice does not have a patient portal. You can't view your results online which forces you to come in again so they can bill your insurance for another visit. On 1/29, we returned back to the office and were informed by Jacob Levy that the lab did all the tests except for QuantiFeron because the lab did not have enough blood. Whose fault is that? My husband was required to give more blood. They told him that they would put a rush on the blood work and it should be ready by the following Monday 2/3. We return to the office on 2/3 and were told by Jacob Levy that for an unknown reason, the lab did not do the QuantiFeron test and he doesn't know why and my husband was the second patient that day who was impacted by this issue. Jacob Levy advised us to go to an independent lab like Quest Diagnostic or LabCorp to get this test done. We rushed to Labcorp to give more blood and paid $25 copay. 2 days later, my husband received a phone call from the receptionist that their office is not even in the network with Labcorp. When he asked if they can give him an appointment for the following Monday for the results and for the completion of the physical form needed by the new job, she said Jacob Levy was fully booked. Honestly, this has been an extremely frustrating experience. I do not recommend this place due to our poor experience. The doctor’s office is antiquated, no patient portal, doctor is overbooked and long wait times in the small, crowded waiting room. Save yourself the frustration and go to an urgent care!
