I have been a patient of this practice for nearly a decade, which makes this experience especially disappointing. Recently, I reached out seeking clarification regarding an issue connected to my care and was repeatedly given partial answers, conflicting information, and ultimately the runaround between different parties. Rather than receiving clear communication or professional guidance, my reasonable follow-up questions were largely dismissed with very minimal responses. I understand that not every issue can be resolved directly by the office. However, after many years as a patient, I expected a more professional, thoughtful, and communicative approach instead of feeling brushed off during an already frustrating situation.
