As a new patient seeing a specialist for the first time, I was incredibly disappointed by my experience here. To start, the clinic never informed me that I needed to arrive at least 30 minutes early for paperwork, so filling out the registration forms pushed my appointment time back. When I finally met with Dr. Wong, I asked if we could speak in Cantonese so I could explain my health concerns more clearly. Despite listing Cantonese as one of her languages, she seemed hesitant and reluctant to do so. The entire appointment felt rushed and dismissive. The actual diagnosis lasted less than 5 minutes. When I tried to ask a second question, she literally told me, "I am behind, someone is waiting". I left feeling completely unwelcomed and uncomfortable. I would not recommend this clinic if you are looking for a doctor who actually listens to their patients.
