Lacks the hospitality of a medical facility. The waiting area is small and cramped and it gets over crowded where there is only room to stand on top of one another. The administration staff members don't seem to know their jobs and are ineffective in helping sort out minor problems. The professional aspect that you are usually met within medical care facilities is somewhat lacking. Do yourself a favor don't come here for treatment if you can help it.
