I attend this Dialysis Center. I have been trying to find the nutritionist for a very long time. Every time i see her she is walking around with no paper work, walking from one end of the center to the next doing absolutely nothing. When she do come over and shows me some attention, all she do is tell me “everything is good” first of all, I need paper work and I need to know what test was taken and the whole night yards. I don’t want to take your word for it, I would like to have some proof of that. She actually gets a zero star from me because I don’t even think I remember what she looks like 🤦🏾‍♀️
