I never write reviews unless it's to boast how great an establishment is. But this place is honestly, an absolute, atrocious, disorganized mess. I've been going here for almost 2 years and I rarely see the same doctor twice, with one appointment I had (for a follow up) Dr. Olga mixed me up with another patient! Didn't read up on my file or even skim through it to find out what I needed for the visit. The second issue I have, is how money oriented this place is. The practice, the doctors, made me believe I have medical emergencies. Dr. Khoury called me, asking to come in same day to discuss results that could've been a telehealth visit. In a time where I didn't have insurance, I paid $300 just to TALK to the doctor, only to tell me I need a follow up. I had another medical scare from them, which they pressured me to pay $1000 CASH for an out-of-network anesthesiologist - or else they won't do the procedure - and they made it seem like I had no other choice but to do it with them specifically. Dr. Khoury affirmed it will take months to book it with another practice, and I need to do it ASAP (SPOILER: IT DOESN'T!). I gave this practice many chances because I don't like to switch around doctors, and I just kept seeing red flag after red flag. I had the $1000 in my hand to give to the doctors the day of the procedure, but I felt my boundaries has been crossed so much. I refused it so I can go elsewhere, and another practice explained it wasn't as urgent and I can opt-out of the procedure and do close observation instead. Not everything was bad, Dr. Kakossian was kind and was my favorite doctor, but this practice in general made me severely ill-informed of my options and pressured me into making decisions that I didn't feel good about. Please enter this place at your own risk. I am very, very glad that I got a second opinion elsewhere.

The reviews for Olga Tusheva have to be written by her. She was extremely rude and had 0 bed side manner. I told her I was experiencing an itch and she yells at me "I don't see anything. Are you sure?" Why would I lie about having an itch? She asked 0 follow up questions about my itch too. I didn't book an appointment with this woman. I wanted Dr. Kakkosian. She doesn't even knock when coming in she just abruptly walks in while I'm trying to change. Her overall beside manner was extremely poor. I also had to remind her I need a breast examination which is EXTREMELY concerning because that ALWAYS comes with a pap smear. She acted like it was an insulting I asked for a breast examination that is supposed to come with a pap smear. She barely looked at my breasts. They want me to follow up in 6 months I will be going to another office that has doctors that know what they're doing. I don't recommend this place at all. A terrible experience. Imagine you had cancer and the "doc" didn't even bother to look as is her job!
