Jack E. Russo, MD - ENT Doctor

Dr. Russo is by far one the best ENT doctors you could ask for. He takes the time to explain everything thoroughly and cares about his patients’ best outcomes. It’s hard to find such a high level of attentiveness in this day and age. What amazes me is that Dr. Russo is the first ENT doctor to offer solutions for long term issues. Even though I’ve always asked, previous ENT doctors had nothing helpful to suggest. His office at 300 Cadman Plaza West is very well run. The staff is courteous and the appointments are prompt.

This is my second time seeing Dr. Russo and it was just as much of a pleasure this time as it was the first time. He’s very patient and detailed in his explanations of things. He does a great job of making you understand everything and making you feel seen and heard with your concerns. I didn’t feel rushed and he made sure to ask a few times whether or not I had any other questions. Always a pleasure!

Went for my sons first ENT appointment. Location is easy to get to in Downtown Brooklyn. The view from off the elevator is awesome. The office was clean and workers were friendly. Dr. Russo was very knowledgeable and made my son feel comfortable which is very important to us. Would recommend Dr. Russo to anyone in the Brooklyn area.

Dr. Russo was very personable and reassuring. He explained what was going on with my ear. Provided reassurance and OTC ways to cure and longer term course of action if it doesn't work. Very satisfied.
