I recently saw Dr. Inga Zilberstein as a new patient for my annual gynecological exam and to discuss a few ongoing health concerns, and overall had a positive experience. Her receptionist was fantastic—very welcoming, organized, and helpful. She greeted me warmly, explained the paperwork process clearly, and made the check-in smooth. She was also very helpful afterward in getting a couple of questions answered that I had forgotten to ask during my appointment. I also appreciated that the office ran on time and I didn’t have to wait long before being seen. Dr. Zilberstein performed a thorough exam and addressed my concerns. She is very knowledgeable and communicates in a very direct, straightforward way. While I personally tend to prefer a slightly warmer bedside manner, I do appreciate her expertise and efficiency. She evaluated my concerns carefully, ordered testing, and discussed treatment options with me. One thing that was a pleasant surprise was discovering that Dr. Zilberstein practices integrative gynecology. I had already started bioidentical hormone replacement therapy through my functional medicine doctor, and I was specifically looking for a gynecologist who is well versed in this treatment approach as well. It was reassuring to see that this is part of her practice. I recommend she include this on her website. I will continue to see Dr. Zilberstein for my gynecological care.
