I had a very disappointing and painful experience at this clinic. The doctor who stitched the cut on my hand was neither patient nor compassionate. He was rough when giving me two anesthesia injections in my palm, which caused me a lot of pain. When he started stitching, I could still feel every time the needle went into my skin. When I told him during the procedure that I was in severe pain, he responded in an unprofessional way and told me I had “two options: either let him continue and tolerate the pain, or receive another anesthesia injection.” I explained that he had already given me two injections and I was still feeling everything, but he kept repeating that I “must choose,” and he seemed irritated. When I asked him if a third injection would hurt, he refused to answer and continued to act impatient and dismissive. In addition to that, he wrapped my hand extremely tightly with a bandage, which caused numbness in my fingers and more swelling. When I got home, I had to ask someone to loosen the bandage for me because my hand continued to swell and tingle. I also asked him whether taking a tetanus shot was necessary, and instead of giving medical guidance, he said, “It’s your decision,” even though he is the doctor and should advise his patients. Because I was crying and screaming from the pain, the manager came in afterward and tried to speak with me, but I was too overwhelmed and just wanted to go home. Overall, my experience with this doctor was extremely negative, and I do not recommend this place to anyone. The nursing staff were kind and supportive, but the doctor was unprofessional, lacked empathy, and is not someone who should be dealing with patients.
