I am so glad that I never need to see this place again! I have blood and clear fluid coming from my nipples & the pain is gradually increasing. I'm also in the latter stages of periopause. So, I need more help & understanding that the staff has the capacity of providing. About 3 hours before my appointment, I get a text saying that they canceled it because they couldn't confirm my insurance. I went to my appointment anyway and, surprise! They finally confirmed it & reinstated my appointment! But, there were still problems (par for the course!). Apparently, I had a $165 balance that no one texted, called, emailed, or mailed me about. (Although according to them, they did!) And they refused to see me unless I paid! The front desk lady (at this point, it's not worth remembering her name.) refused to tell me if they'll see me. Instead, she told me to call billing & they'll tell me if I can be seen. So, billing said that I can be seen if I set up a payment plan & pay them $40 upfront. Then in the middle of the conversation, Mr. Alex, the office manager suddenly decides to become their supervisor (The front desk lady said there was no one available. Go figure!), & discharges me. I think he only had the power to do this because he's the doctor's son. That's why he has his job. So, the billing department lady was kind enough to try talking to him & told him about my breast becauseI'vebeen a patient since 2018. But, he was on a power trip, didn't care about my health, & still refused. Also, when I call for an appointment or information, the staff who answers the phone are very difficult to understand & communicate with. & always interrupt me. I can't deal with that. The lady who gives the sonograms also thinks she's being helpful by giving and asking for health information when she's not the doctor. That's stressful! So even though now I need to act quickly & get another doctor l. I'm glad that I no longer have to deal with this nonsense again. Blessings come in small forms.
