The most horrible experience I've ever had at a doctor's office. It was extremely difficult to get in touch with anyone at this office. Prior to making my appt, I tried to call and confirm the time but no one answered. I left a voicemail and emailed multiple times but nothing. Once I finally got my appt confirmation and it was time to go in, I was immediately turned off by how this office is run. The women at the front desk are disgustingly rude and unprofessional. I was shocked that a doctor's office would hire people that treat patients in such a manner. As I sat in the waiting room, I witnessed them ignore phone calls that were coming in and letting them roll to voicemail. After waiting for approximately 45 min in the waiting room, I was called in for my appointment. I found Dr. Liu to have poor bedside manner, and she wasn't friendly at all, which was disappointing since it was my first time going to this office. She did my exam and said the front desk would give my my prescription details. The front desk gave me the info for a patient portal, in which I would log in and fill out my pharmacy info. After leaving the office, I noticed that the portal was INACTIVE and I was unable to access the site or log in. I tried calling the office and emailing but of course there was no answer. After about a week, I decided I would just find a new doctor. Complete waste of money. I got a bill months later for "tests" that they ran during my appt (which never happened) and tried to charge me $800. Absolutely did not pay that. This place is very sketchy and I would never recommend to anyone. They should be shut down.
