I cannot recommend this clinic highly enough. Having gone through IVF twice—my first experience at a different clinic—I can confidently say that the level of care here is truly exceptional. Dr. Thornton is everything you hope for in a doctor during such an emotionally intense process: patient, kind, deeply compassionate, and incredibly supportive every step of the way. He took the time to answer every question (no matter how many I had), helped ease my anxieties, and made me feel genuinely cared for throughout the entire process. The entire team is wonderful, but I’m especially grateful for Jennifer, Shontay, and Mao. They were absolute sources of light during this process—warm, encouraging, and always welcoming. I genuinely looked forward to seeing them at each visit, which says so much given how stressful IVF can be. Forever thankful and appreciative to have found this team!

Excellent staff! Stephanie and Jessica were so kind and understanding. When you are so stressed this is exactly who you want greeting you and helping you through this process! Also, very informative, all my questions asked without worries. Dr. Thornton was made for this - he is such a blessing to medicine and to couples on this journey! He is a teddy bear! So much information was provided and we weren’t overwhelmed at all. He made this whole so much easier and we are so thankful and grateful.
