Today was my first time at this facility and I am really impressed with the professionalism from the first person I interacted with to the very last! The receptionist was the sweetest and she was so patient with me! The lady that took my vitals was kind and professional and the physician assistant I saw, Andrew Norato was personable and professional. He asked questions to ensure I got the care he felt I needed and was mindful of my injury. Whomever hired for this office hired very courteous people! I highly recommend this office!

Somehow my review disappeared, so I'm writing another. I went to Genesis today to get a referral; my health insurance company now requires referrals to see a specialist. N.P. Andy Norato took care of that for me. He also did a quick and efficient health checkup. He's a very observant person and pays attention to detail. He is quite personable, and I enjoyed the visit with him. The wait time was short, and Dotty and Neesa are excellent assisting staff. The check-in procedure is quick. Genesis Medical ìs a well-run facility.. Mr. Norato will understand the photo 😅
