Here’s a 5-star review for a doctor’s clinic: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive from the moment I walked in. The waiting area was clean and comfortable, and my wait time was minimal. Dr. Rashan was exceptional patient, thorough, and genuinely listened to all my concerns. They took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I felt comfortable with the treatment plan. The follow-up process was smooth, and I felt supported every step of the way. About two weeks ago I scheduled an appointment. I been to this location before and I can say that I agree with some of the other reviews about the staff being unprofessional. I like the Gynecologist that I was assigned and that’s the only reason why I returned. However, this time I show up to my appointment and they notify me that my insurance is no longer accepted. I got reminder calls and emails about this appointment which is great but I guess no one had the efficiency to notify me that my insurance was no longer accepted. Then the lady at the front desk had the audacity to tell me “ it’s right there in the poster” as if is my fault for this issue. If you consider this location, just make sure that you triple check so they don’t waste your time.
