Went into Chai Care for a cough. I was registered, had my vitals taken and was being seen by a PA within 12 minutes! That is virtually unheard of in New York City! The PA was extremely knowledgeable and had me on my way with a prescription in hand for cough medication within 7 minutes of walking into the exam room! I hope I never need to go back to urgent care, but if I ever do, Chai Care is where I will go

This was one of the greater experiences I’ve had at Urgent Care. Not only was the doctor knowledgeable but super helpful and gave me heaps of advice. I felt seen and heard. The facility was bright, modern, and clean. The women at the desk were so sweet and uplifting. By the way, this was a late night visit, open late when everyone else is closed.
