The customer service here was ON POINT! At check-in the young lady was so sweet and I was processed very quickly; there was absolutely no wait time. Dr. Doherty came out for me and was very sweet. He was very accommodating to my very active 2 year old. The exam took about 30 minutes and then I went next door to choose my frames. Again, excellent customer service. I was greeted by a young man who who took care of my needs instantly. It was a 93 degree day and he offered my 2 year old a popsicle while I selected my frame! I’m very very impressed with this organization. It’s kid friendly as the waiting area has toys and books for kids and toddlers. There also coffee, tea and water for clients. I’m very big on customer service as I am in the hospitality industry and these people NAILED IT! Highly recommended! Thanks everyone!!
