The office is very well organized. Appointments were scheduled quickly, and the staff works efficiently and smoothly. Everything was clear, timely, and well coordinated. Dr. Chung is very attentive and professional. He examined me carefully, explained everything clearly, and showed great attention to detail. I felt confident and well cared for throughout the visit.

If I could give zero stars I would. The building is disgusting and the doctor there looks out the window and speaks to you super fast. Seems like he is just rushing out. I told him I felt a fullness in my ear and he said it looks normal and he wasn't really sure what it could be and pretty much wanted me to go to another doctor. He said he wasn't an ear specialist which I found to be so funny. I even asked him "aren't you an ENT?" and he said yea, but there are doctors that are just for the ear. Felt like he was just trying to funnel patients to another doctor for referral kickbacks like they all do. Just another place looking to make a quick buck on your issue and waste your time with no solution. But they are happy to bill your insurance company.
