Excellent care and a very professional team. Dr. Jack Russo is highly attentive and professional. The entire team worked in a well-coordinated and friendly manner, which made the whole experience smooth and reassuring. DMarley, the surgical coordinator, was absolutely wonderful — always responsive, easy to reach, and very quick to react to any changes. Her communication and support made the process much easier and less stressful. I felt well cared for at every stage. Thank you all for your high level of professionalism, attentiveness, and genuine care.

Good doctor. Unfortunately all too common problem of a back office that bills to maximize insurance claims which also passes on additional cost to the patient, and won’t help when you follow up. On the positive: Dr. Colen has wonderful bedside manner and truly cares about her patients. She is excellent with kids and treated my son well over two visits. Cons: I got charged two co-pays for our second visit so they could bill for two different codes for the doctor and the procedure (a hearing test). There was no advance mention of the billing to two separate providers which triggered the extra cost. The second doctor only spent 2 min with my son and repeated what the audiologist who did the hearing test said (which was that all was normal). I tried to get in touch with their billing specialist but they just gave me the run around first to an outsource provider and then when I did connect to the in office person to my insurance. Ultimately it wasn't worth the frustration so I paid, but just to warn that they will maximize billing/ charges. Unfortunately all too common in American healthcare so in some ways par for the course
