2 weeks post op and I already feel better!!!! I am incredibly grateful that I was able to receive care from Dr. Seckin and his team. From start to finish, the experience was supportive, professional, and compassionate. The entire team is fantastic. Special shoutouts to Dr. Seckin Jr., Delaney, Cassandra, and Brittney, and anyone I may be forgetting. I traveled from Oregon to New York for my care, and the team went above and beyond to make the process smooth and reassuring. I always felt heard, cared for, and in good hands. Post op, I was honestly surprised by the level of finesse and precision in their work. My incisions were so small, yet the impact has already been life-changing. Just two weeks later, I can already feel a difference. The flowers the team sent yesterday were absolutely beautiful. Such a thoughtful touch. Thank you for continuing to care even after surgery. Words cannot begin to describe how grateful I am for these amazing surgeons - Dr. Tamer Seckin and Dr. Amanda Chu! Not only are they absolutely wonderful individuals but they are incredible endometriosis excision surgeons. Dr. Seckin and his team are the best of the best. From the care from the office staff to the care from the surgeons themselves the care I recieved was amazing. After 9 years of living with endometriosis undiagnosed and an unsuccessful surgery with another surgeon where ablation was performed, Dr. Seckin & Dr. Chu forever changed and saved my life. Working with stage 3+ endometriosis over 3 hours they managed to remove 25 problematic samples including scar tissue & disease from my pelvis, bladder, liver, ovaries, and the list goes on. They also removed my appendix & a problematic fallopian tube. When I woke up in the recovery room after the surgery, it was the best feeling I have ever experienced. The disease was gone. The endometriosis pain was gone. The girl I once knew was finally back. No longer was I the very sick person who couldn’t eat, sleep, or even live my life at all properly but suddenly I was me again! My long fight was finally over. My parents got their child back again. My sister got her sister back. I got myself back :) If you see this Dr. Seckin and team, thank you for giving me my life back and ultimately saving my life! I will never ever forget December 5th, 2024.
