Overall, I’ve had a positive experience with this OB/GYN office. The staff is consistently kind, welcoming, and professional, which makes a big difference during appointments. They create a comfortable environment and treat patients with respect and understanding. There were some initial frustrations with scheduling and communication. A few appointments were assigned without prior confirmation, and when I missed one that I hadn’t agreed to, another was automatically scheduled. The texting number provided for communication was not always helpful in getting clear or timely responses. However, after I shared my concerns, the doctor personally reached out to me to discuss the situation. I truly appreciated that gesture. During our conversation, the doctor explained that any delays were due to being thorough in reviewing and gathering my medical information to ensure nothing was overlooked. I respect and value that level of care and attention to detail. It reassured me that my health was being taken seriously. While there is still room for improvement in communication and appointment coordination, I do feel that the doctor cares about providing thorough care and was willing to listen when concerns were raised. That effort to follow up and clarify made a meaningful difference in my overall experience.
