I had an amazing experience with my pregnancy with Diana Health! All the midwives were so sweet and compassionate. I always felt supported throughout the entire pregnancy. Dr. Chadda was amazing as well. She straightened my previous C-section scar and did all she could to help me feel at ease! She even was helping me with my makeup before my delivery😊

I went today for an appointment regarding an emergency concern after delivery, and honestly, this is the worst place ever. I would never recommend this clinic to anyone. I first came here in 2023 during my first pregnancy, and at that time I was under the care of Dr. Rashmi. She was amazing. I received excellent treatment and care from her. That is the only reason I decided to come back to this clinic for my second pregnancy this year. Unfortunately, after a few appointments, I found out that she had left the clinic. Honestly, I feel like even she may have become frustrated with this place. She was truly the best doctor there. After that, my entire pregnancy journey became very stressful. They barely had any doctors available, and I saw nurse practitioners for almost all of my appointments. Many tests were not done properly, and they didn’t even check my regular urine tests like they did during my first pregnancy. Every single time I arrived on time for an appointment, I had to wait at least an hour, which constantly made me late for work. But one day when I was only 10 minutes late, they rescheduled my appointment immediately because of it. Isn’t that frustrating? Even after delivery, they never properly followed up with me or scheduled my postpartum checkup. I had to keep pushing them to schedule one. Now, 6 weeks postpartum, I am feeling symptoms of possible uterine prolapse, which is a serious condition. I don’t mind sharing this publicly if it helps another woman avoid going through the same experience. I called them and made an appointment. I arrived on time at 11:30 AM, even though I have a toddler and a newborn at home. I bought my toddler with me and waited until 12:15 PM with absolutely no updates. I also had another appointment afterward. Finally, when I asked what was going on, they told me there were no rooms available and that the doctor was waiting for a room. What is the point of scheduling appointments if patients are left waiting endlessly without communication? I waited a little longer, still got no response from anyone, and finally decided to leave. Completely disappointing experience.
