Came here for a rapid Covid-19 test and will not return. I don't know why this place is rated so highly. Maybe I got unlucky and went on the wrong day. First, they're supposed to open at 4pm on Saturdays. I, and several other people got there before 4, hoping to get in and out quickly. 4pm rolled around and the gates were still down. It wasn't until around 4:20 when an employee came out and told us the person who had the key to the tests (or something like that) was running late and they didn't know when that person would arrive. Fast forward to 5:45pm. The sun set, the air chilled, and the line outside had grown longer. Finally someone showed up and opened the gates. One of the women in line had to go ask what was going on. The employee who opened the gates said she thought we were all waiting for results. If that were the case, it still doesn't explain why no one told us anything or asked questions. Mind you, this is not just a Covid testing center, it's an urgent care clinic and a couple of people were waiting to see a doctor. So finally, they let all 20-30 of us in the waiting room at one time to fill out paperwork. The whole thing was disorganized and felt unsafe. I waited 3 hours to get a rapid test and the result and I had been the 7th person in line! People who got there *hours* after I did got tested before me and the others who arrived even earlier than I. I think the guy in line behind me had Covid, based on the fact he was the only one called for further discussion after testing. I hope I didn't get Covid waiting in that same waiting room with him. What a waste of all of our time and an endangerment to our health.
