I visited CityMD as a walk-in and was attended by Katherine, and she was absolutely wonderful. From the moment she helped me, she was relatable, kind, and very informative, with a great sense of humor that instantly put me at ease. She took the time to explain everything clearly, which made me feel comfortable and reassured throughout the visit. Just four days prior, I had visited a different CityMD location and unfortunately had a completely opposite experience—I didn’t feel properly looked after or heard. Because of that, being attended by Katherine was a very refreshing change. She made me feel genuinely cared for and truly restored my confidence in the quality of care at CityMD. Thank you, Katherine, for turning a stressful situation into such a positive experience.

Such a great experience here! There was a slight wait but that’s to be expected with any urgent care. Alana and Joseph helped me and were incredibly patient and pleasant to be around, as was the employee working the front desk. Would definitely come back here in the future!
